III-V Epi, the fast turnaround manufacturer of MBE and MOCVD, III-V epitaxial structures, will be exhibiting at the SPIE Photonex Exhibition and Conference in Glasgow, stand 501T. Held on 29th and 30th September at the Scottish Event Campus (SEC), SPIE Photonex is the leading, UK, photonics event.
Calum McGregor, director of III-V Epi, said, “SPIE Photonex is the ideal venue to launch III-V Epi’s services. Our focus on prototype and lower volume supply of MBE and MOCVD, III-V, epitaxial structures, makes us the ideal supply partner for many of the attendees and exhibitors. Universities, development departments, fab-lite companies, start-ups, defence industries and smaller datacoms and telecoms companies, all need to bring new compound semiconductor products to market in a timely way. However, they lack the volumes necessary to be a priority for the traditional supply routes. This leaves them struggling for supply, hampering innovation and product development.
“Not only do we offer the lower volume, fast turnaround supply they need, but we also support it with wafer design, product development, process optimisation and a complete range of test, metrology and characterisation services.”
